BMA Management, Ltd., has honored 20 senior living communities for being fully compliant with Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) regulations for low-income housing.
The Heritage Woods affordable assisted living communities in Batavia, Belvidere, Benton, Bolingbrook, Charleston, Chicago, DeKalb, McHenry, McLeansboro, Moline, Plainfield, Rockford and Sterling, Illinois, were among those who were recognized by BMA, which is the largest provider of assisted living in Illinois.
Also honored were the Bowman Estates affordable assisted living community in Danville, Illinois; the Cambridge House affordable assisted living communities in Maryville and O’Fallon, Illinois; the Eagle Ridge affordable assisted living community in Decatur, Illinois; the Prairie Living affordable assisted living community in Carbondale, Illinois; John Evans Supportive Living in Pekin, Illinois, and Centralia Villas in Centralia, Illinois.
The communities were fully compliant on their 2012 IHDA Management Review and Property Inspection Surveys, which includes a review of the community’s operational, financial management, marketing, leasing, maintenance and resident relations practices.
All of the communities are managed by BMA, which is based in Bradley, Illinois.
The company manages 36 senior living communities, housing more than 3,300 homes and apartments.
