The Bridle Brook of Mahomet assisted living and memory care community is sponsoring a Trees for Tots fund raising drive from Nov. 19 through Dec. 19.

“Funds raised in our annual Trees for Tots program will benefit the Marine Toys for Tots of Champaign County,” says Angela Ford Barden, Director of Marketing for Bridle Brook.

The community is located in Champaign County one block south of U.S. Rte. 150, behind the Carle and Christie Clinics, on the east side of Mahomet, Illinois.

“Area businesses have graciously donated decorated Christmas trees that will be on display here at Bridle Brook,” says Barden. The trees will be available for purchase through a Silent Auction, with proceeds going to Toys for Tots.

“You can see the display and place your Silent Auction bids from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays at Bridle Brook through Wednesday, Dec. 19,” says Barden.

In addition, Bridle Brook is serving as a collection site for donated new and unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots.
