Heritage Woods of South Elgin, a BMA affordable assisted living and memory care community, is hosting an informational presentation about the Art of Quilt Making at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 22.
The community in Kane County, Illinois, serves older adults of all incomes including those on Medicaid.
Norma Copes of the Gail Borden Library in Elgin, Illinois, will be the speaker.
"Norma weaves into her presentation interesting facts about quilt making and her story about how she was introduced to the art of quilt making by her grandmother," says Andrea Lillie, Director of Marketing for Heritage Woods of South Elgin.
The program is open to the public. There is no charge to attend.

The Heritage Woods of South Elgin affordable assisted living and memory care community is located at 700 N. McLean Blvd. in South Elgin, Illinois.

The affordable memory care apartments are in four neighborhoods that are specially designed for older adults with Alzheimer's and related dementia.
