Associated Asset Management (AAM) moved from #9 to #3 on the Phoenix Business Journal's Best Places to Work List for large businesses (250 - 999 employees).

“This is a significant achievement,” said AAM President Amanda Shaw. “We are thankful for the honor and grateful for our team of outstanding employees. They’re all No. 1 in our book!”

Associated Asset Management (AAM) LLC, an HOA Management Company that operates in Arizona and New Mexico, has been named No. 3 on the list of the Best Places to Work in the Valley in the large companies category (250 to 999 employees), advancing from No. 9 on the medium-size companies list last year, AAM officials announced today.

This is fifth consecutive year AAM has been recognized in the competition sponsored by the Phoenix Business Journal, which honors companies in five categories ranging from extra-large to micro, based on number of employees. Winners were chosen from surveys submitted by employees.

AAM fosters an atmosphere of excellence in the workplace by recognizing employees for innovative thinking, providing competitive benefits and presenting numerous opportunities to give back to the community through company-sponsored charitable events. During AAM’s 20-month AAM Gives Back campaign celebrating its 20th year in business, company employees collected nearly $90,000 in cash donations for local food banks – the equivalent of 630,000 meals. AAM also recognizes and rewards employees who log the most volunteer hours annually.
In this year’s Best Places to Work competition, AAM was ranked No. 3 out of approximately 250 entries and 20 finalists in the large-employer category.
“This is a significant achievement,” said AAM President Amanda Shaw. “We are thankful for the honor and grateful for our team of outstanding employees. They’re all No. 1 in our book!”
