With nearly 3,000 customers and millions of users worldwide since 1991, iMIS is the most widely used non-profit management software in the world with three times the global market share of the nearest solution.

Advanced Solutions International (ASI), the leading global provider of web-based software for member- and donor-based not-for-profits, today announced that Billhighway has joined the iXtend Development Partner Program, and their group/chapter financial platform, Enterprise System, has been granted Silver-level status as an iMIS add-on application.

With Billhighway’s Enterprise System, iMIS customers with multiple entities will now be able to manage their finances online in real time. Enterprise System provides cash management and accounting in one platform — automatically keeping all financials in sync without the need for reconciliations, manual journal entries, or other time-consuming processes that many organizations with group or chapter structures typically face. This iMIS add-on solution brings together eBilling and payment processing/receivables management, online banking, and a full general ledger accounting system.

Key Facts

  •     ASI’s iXtend Development Partner Program assists current partners, third-party companies and individuals, customers and ASI staff with the development, integration, promotion and selling of new iMIS add-on applications. Under this program, ASI provides the tools and guidelines to help this community develop software products for iMIS that have the same structure, characteristics, and behaviors as ASI-created iMIS modules. •     Historically, organizations with multiple groups/chapters have been plagued by inconsistent information from disparate databases. Billhighway eliminates that problem for iMIS customers and provides seamless integration to ensure the organization is using real-time, accurate information from the iMIS system.
  •     This partnership will enable multi-entity customers to now manage all aspects of their financial lifecycle from their trusted, integrated iMIS system. With the Billhighway add-on application, customers will be able to accept multiple forms of payment for multiple entities; collect funds and manage financials at the chapter/local level — independent of headquarters; automatically route/separate funds from member payments between local and headquarter accounts; and significantly reduce fraud exposure.
