AtHomeNet, Inc., a provider of web-based services for community associations and association management firms, introduced the newest addition to their complete line of online community association management tools, today. Their new offering, “FrontDesk Services”, will provide high-rise, condo building and community associations with three powerful new tools to streamline Package Tracking, Visitor Management, and Valet Services.

“FrontDesk Services will give communities the ability to centralize and track package information; schedule residents’ valet services; and monitor the flow of guests and visitors,” explains AtHomeNet’s Director of Sales, David Hosie.

Residents will be able to use their AtHomeNet community website to authorize visitors, submit valet requests and view available package deliveries. They can also subscribe to receive automatic email and text notices when packages arrive, visitors check-in, and their car is available. Community staff can take advantage of package scanners, signature pads, and badge printers to streamline the process of logging and tracking these activities, reducing the amount of time spent on daily tasks.
“The goal is to provide a powerful technology amenity that residents will enjoy using, while making the job of the building staff easier and more accountable”, explains AtHomeNet Director of Technology, Jeff Sanders.
