Gemini Partners Announces Completion of AuraSound Financing

GP Group, LLC, an affiliate of Gemini Partners, Inc. (collectively, "Gemini"), announces the successful completion of a $12.7 million equity financing for AuraSound, Inc. ("AuraSound" or the "Company"). In conjunction with the financing, AuraSound has completed a reverse merger transaction with Hemcure, Inc. (OTCBB:HMCU), which trades on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. It is intended that the name Hemcure, Inc. will be changed to AuraSound, Inc. and that a new symbol will be obtained. Gemini served as exclusive financial advisor and placement agent on the financing.
