Author Solutions, LLC, a Penguin Random House company and the world’s leading supported self-publishing services provider, announced Monday that it has launched a Live Chat feature on its imprints’ websites to further its mission of providing authors a personalized publishing experience. The chat platform will allow website visitors to address publishing professionals in real time with questions about supported self-publishing services. Initially, the chat feature will be available during regular U.S. business hours.

“Each author’s manuscript is a personal piece of that person’s soul, and we are fully committed to providing authors with quality support from the time they consider self-publishing straight away to the release of their book and beyond. Authors begin their Author Solutions self-publishing journey with a publishing consultant who helps each individual author determine what publishing services package will best help them reach their goals.
