Clese joins Avectra after serving as Executive Director of the YMCA of Martha’s Vineyard where he grew the organization from one full time employee to a vibrant organization with more than 40 staff members. During his time there, he also directed all fundraising activities highlighted by a $12 million capital campaign to build a new YMCA facility.

Mr. Clese’s previous experience also includes serving as Vice President, Client Services and Strategic Marketing for the Share Group, a full service telemarketing and fundraising organization serving the not-profit industry. He also volunteers with several organizations including the Chicago Lights Tutoring Program and serves as the current Board Chair for the Finance Committee of the Lake View YMCA in Chicago.
