AVIcode Again Earns Gold Certification Status in Microsoft Partner Program

AVIcode, Inc., a leading provider of real-time, always-on application monitoring solutions, today announced that it has attained Microsoft Gold Certification Partner Status for the third consecutive year with competencies in both Custom Development Solutions and Data Management Solutions.

The Microsoft Partner Program is a community borne from Microsoft's ongoing commitment to the success of partners worldwide. The program provides opportunities for partners to develop and expand their businesses, share expertise and resources to help better serve customers, and create passionate communities that spark innovation by connecting partners with one another.

Microsoft Gold Certified Partners are required to participate in an annual Customer Service Index (CSAT) survey, a tool to help measure, monitor and manage business results by understanding customer satisfaction and loyalty. Microsoft uses this information to ensure that they are providing their customers with high-value and worthwhile partnerships. In the 2009 CSAT survey, AVIcode received “Outstanding” marks for Quality of Communication, Quality of Support and Quality of Products. Overall, more than 96-percent of customers surveyed are “Very Satisfied” with AVIcode’s services.

As part of the Gold Certification process, companies are asked to choose a definitive competency, designed to represent the specific skills and services that partners bring to the technology industry. AVIcode has attained competencies in Custom Development Solutions, specializing in Web development, and Data Management Solutions. The company was also granted a Systems Management competency as a result of its participation in the System Center Alliance (SCA) and the subsequent transition of the SCA to the new Microsoft Partner Network.

Microsoft Gold Certified Partners represent the highest level of competence and knowledge of Microsoft technologies and have the closest working relationship with Microsoft. Gold Certified Partners are entitled to a range of benefits, including access to the Partner Knowledge Base, and top-level training and support.
