Sherry Paterra has joined Televerde’s Executive Leadership Team as Senior Vice President of the company’s new End-to-End Services Group. Paterra comes to the leading B2B demand creation agency from Phone Works (a sales and marketing strategy and implementation consulting firm), where she was Managing Partner and General Manager and had recently worked extensively with Televerde as a client leading to the creation of the firm’s Client Success Department.
The key charter for Paterra and the group she’ll oversee will be development of a consulting services model designed to strengthen Televerde’s client relationships through use of all of the firm’s end-to-end sales pipeline development services including integrated data, digital and dialogue-based demand creation and lead nurturing services.

Prior to her role with Phone Works, Paterra co-founded and served as CEO of TeleSpectrum which went public in 1997, was listed in the top 50 service companies, and was one of the first marketing services companies to complete an IPO. She served as Senior Engagement Director for clients including GE, American Express, Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Dell and IBM, amongst others. Paterra continues to serve as Director and Strategic Advisor of two companies, Livelook (a venture-backed SaaS company) and Opus8 (a private equity company focused on CRM/BPO in the Customer Management sector).
