Real estate investor, Cameron Dunlap has just released a new video called, 'Bank Owned REO's That Are Vacant.' It helps real estate investors discover the secrets behind bank-owned REO's.

Cameron has been investing in real estate since 1993 and has been teaching students since 1995. "Watching students succeed in real estate is why I keep doing what I am doing," Cameron says.

Cameron's new video, 'Bank Owned REO's That Are Vacant,' can be watched here. It explains how important it is to find vacant houses with lock boxes on the doors and no "for sale" signs in the yard. With no "for sale sign" in the yard, there is a good chance the REO listing agent doesn't have the listing yet.

He claims this type of find is almost a winner every time because it's a pre-list REO opportunity and there is almost no competition. Once a bank-owned REO like this is found, the next step is to find the REO listing agent. The video also goes on to explain why REO listing agents love to work with investors and how to take advantage of this knowledge.

One of the biggest challenges for many investors is finding the bank-owned REO's that fit this criteria. It's just not a good use of time to drive neighborhoods all day. So, Cameron uses several tools that help him and his students find and flip deals like these.

One of these tools is called iFlip. iFlip is a data management system that manages all the real estate deals. It also manages the bird dogs who who are trained to bring the investor these kinds of deals. iFlip is a tool that helps to automate the finding process so investors can spend more of their time elsewhere.

Cameron also has a cash buyer data feed that allows his students to find and locate cash buyers who have paid cash for homes or investment properties within the last 30 days. These are people like landlords, rehabbers, and investors. Cash buyers are like gold because they don't have the lending restrictions like typical conventional loans do.

This is a huge benefit for anyone that is doing real estate flips because it gives them more confidence, they will be able to sell the home before they even make the offer. Even with bank-owned REO's, the goal is to flip it to an end-cash buyer/rehabber.

There are lots of tools and resources investors can use in their own real estate business that can help them save time and money. Cameron has developed many of these tools to help investors do more deals and cash more paychecks.
