Dave Thurman joined BancIntelligence with more than 25 years of experience in all facets of banking, which includes collaborating with banks in a consultative capacity. Most recently, Thurman was a founding partner of Equity+ LLC, a small bank consulting firm which focused on helping clients assess, plan and execute strategically. Previous to that he held executive management positions at financial institutions including National City Bank of Indiana, Elston Bank & Trust (Crawfordsville, Ind.) and First National Bank (Richmond, Ind.). Throughout his career, Thurman has directed merger and acquisition activity and driven strategic, financial, marketing and staffing/compensation planning. He also has significant expertise in implementing management, financial, marketing and performance rewards systems.
