BOQ Announces North Lakes Branch Is On the Move
Bank of Queensland has announced a move to a better personal banking experience with the North Lakes branch relocating to Discovery Drive.
Brisbane, QLD (PRWEB) January 30, 2009 -- Bank of Queensland at North Lakes is moving to a new branch at Discovery Drive next week to give its growing customer base a bigger and better personal banking experience.
BOQ Owner-Manager Jeff Walls says business at his North Lakes branch has boomed in the last 12 months and the branch is relocating from Westfield Shopping Centre to 5 Discovery Drive so it can provide an even higher level of service and support to local residents and businesses.
"I'm really excited about moving to the new premises as we'll be able to offer our customers a much larger branch with extra interview offices and the convenience of car parking right outside the front door," Jeff said. "The new branch will have an external ATM, giving customers 24-hour access to their funds and a more spacious service area to enhance their Bank of Queensland experience.
"Our same friendly team will be at the new branch to assist customers with all their banking and finance needs and continue to give them the personal face-to-face service our bank is famous for," Jeff continued.
Jeff and his team are moving to their new address on Friday, 30 January so the branch will be closed for business on Saturday, 31 January during the relocation. The new BOQ North Lakes branch will open its doors on Monday, 2 February.
Customers and local residents are invited to drop into the new branch and join the opening celebrations at a free sausage sizzle on Saturday, 7 February from 9am to 12pm.

The trading hours at the new BOQ North Lakes branch will remain the same. It will be open from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 5pm Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.
