Blood Bank Computer Systems, Inc. (BBCS) today announces Brian Forbis as the new CEO. Brian was previously the Vice President and succeeds Beth McGee who served in the CEO position for 24 years.
“It is with great pride that I am turning over the reins of BBCS to my very capable son, Brian. He shares my passion for our clients, their communities and the industry we serve. Over the years, Brian has been diligent about learning every facet of the organization in preparation for his transition to CEO. We are confident that Brian will lead BBCS to new heights,” said Beth McGee, President of BBCS.
Brian joined BBCS in 2007 in a business development role, becoming the second generation in the family business. In 2008, he was promoted to Sales & Implementation Manager and to Director of Products & Business Development in 2009. In 2013, Brian became Vice President where he has since led the team through 510(k) approvals, numerous product enhancements and represented BBCS throughout the industry.

Beth will continue to provide leadership in her role as Chairman of the Board, President of BBCS and will also remain a part of the Executive Team.
