According to an article on Business Week, Tom Ford will be releasing a men’s beauty care line this fall. The creation of this line is in response to his successful line of women’s cosmetics that debuted in 2011.

The men’s line will include, “bronzing gel, concealer, and a purifying mud mask,” the article explains. The products are all designed for fashion-enthused men with a passion for grooming products. These upscale products will compete with those by designers like Marc Jacobs.

The article shares that male beauty product lines like Fords could result in a huge success. Euromonitor International reported, “American men spent $5 billion on grooming products last year, a $2.6 billion increase from 1997.”

However, the trend of beauty products isn’t only embraced by designers like Ford and Jacobs. The article reports that nail polish for men has become popular with those in mixed-martial arts. Chuck Lidell, a popular MMA fighter even promotes the polish.
