National beer importer partners with Belhaven Brewery in event to celebrate Scottish heritage

Belukus Marketing, a national beer importer, is pleased to announce that it will co-sponsor “The World Famous Tartan Day Post Parade Party” on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Stout, 133 W. 33rd Street in Manhattan starting at 4:30 p.m. and lasting until it ends.

“Belukus is proud to sponsor this event through Belhaven Brewery,” said Chuck Robertson, partner at Belukus Marketing. "Tartan Week is a great Scottish tradition and we are honored to be a part."

Patrons can enjoy some Scottish beer at the open bar from 4:30 to 7:00 such as Belhaven Ale, Belhaven Lager and Brooklyn Lager. If your taste leans more toward whisky, enjoy some Speyburn Whisky at the Whisky Tasting Bar, sponsored by International Beverage Holdings and listen to the sounds of Preydein, Whisky Kiss and Raintown as they play traditional and contemporary Scottish music. Tickets are available online at http://www.tartanweek.com/pages/tickets.php for $37 only until April 6. Tickets may also be purchased at St. Andrew’s Bar and Restaurant, 140 W 46th Street on April 8 from 5 to 8 p.m. or at Feile, next door to Stout on April 9 after 4 p.m.. Only a limited number of tickets may be available at the door for $40, so get yours early!
