Benetrends, a trusted leader in Franchise and small business financing for over 30 years, announces the appointment of Rocco Fiorentino, CFE as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Fiorentino brings more than 25 years of Franchise Industry experience to his new role.

Fiorentino joined the Benetrends Board of Directors in 2009 and has been active in the strategic development and growth over the last several years. Fiorentino is founding partner of Eagle Tax Services Group, LLC, franchisors of financial services and tax preparation services. Fiorentino was the first Area Developer and Multi-Unit Franchisee of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Fiorentino is an active member of the board of Swiss Farm Stores and Saxbys Coffee, franchisors of drive-thru grocery stores and coffee shops respectively.

Fiorentino is currently serving his second term on the Board of Directors of the International Franchise Association and co-chairman of IFA’s Membership Committee. He was also chairman of the Multi-Unit Franchise Conference from 2003 to 2005. He is a frequent speaker and author of numerous articles within the franchise industry. Fiorentino holds a Master’s of Science in Management from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School of the American College. Fiorentino holds the Certified Franchise Executive (“CFE”) designation from the International Franchise Association.

Fiorentino is Founder and Chairman of the Little Rock Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving children and young adults who are visually impaired and blind. He is also a past President and Pennsylvania District Governor of Unico National, the largest Italian American non-profit organization in the country dedicated to children with development disabilities. Fiorentino was also commissioned as an honorary Colonel by the Governor of Kentucky, Steven L. Beshear.
