Focus on God’s principles will provide a better understanding of his instructions, allowing us to rise above opinions and ideals that lure us from the love of God, and our ability to reflect his love.

Capacity for Truth: Man’s Path to the Holy Spirit” (published by WestBow Press) is a unique work that focuses entirely on the gospel of Christ and the Proverbs of Solomon. Author Bernard Fisher’s primary purpose of this study is to outline God’s roadmap of instructions to take readers to higher levels of spiritual growth and a greater understanding of spiritual principles.

Fisher takes a focused approach that allows readers to see the true context of Christ’s teachings, rather than receive his teachings in pieces. This detailed, step-by-step analysis of the Gospel principles incorporates a look at the social and economic changes in American society and ideology since the 1970s. This allows for a complete review of the Gospel teachings and their application to issues facing readers today.

“Many followers of the Christ have lost faith in some who teach in his name. Most of these followers think they do not believe in God, because they lost faith in the teachings and doctrines of men,” Fisher explains. “This book provides a core study of the spiritual principles included in God’s instructions. Focus on God’s principles will provide a better understanding of his instructions, allowing us to rise above opinions and ideals that lure us from the love of God, and our ability to reflect his love.”
