Best Lawyers® 2012: All five partners selected by their peers for distinction in areas of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation (plaintiff law).

The firm's lawyers are licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Five attorneys from law firm Lubin & Meyer PC were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 (Copyright 2010 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.).

Andrew C. Meyer, Jr., firm founder, has been selected to Best Lawyers every year since 1995. In addition, he was also recently selected “Best Lawyers' 2011 Boston Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year.”

Partners Robert H. Higgins and William J. Thompson have been selected to the list each year since 2008 and 2010 respectively. Partners Adam Satin and Krysia J. Syska are selected for the first time to Best Lawyers in America 2012. All the firm's partners have now earned this distinction from their peers.

Meyer, Higgins, Satin and Syska are each listed in the practice area of medical malpractice law. Meyer is also listed in the area of personal injury litigation as is Thompson.

Recognized nationally as one of the country’s leading medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury law firms, Lubin & Meyer has obtained more than $500 million in verdicts and settlements in just the past ten years. The firm’s lawyers are licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Since its inception in 1983, Best Lawyers has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence. Because Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey, and because lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor. Corporate Counsel magazine has called Best Lawyers “the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice.”
