Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) November 5, 2010
Annual trips to the Caribbean, a perk-filled benefits package and a company culture based on innovation and entrepreneurship – these are just a few factors that helped Red Ventures land the #1 spot on the Charlotte Business Journal’s 2010 Best Place to Work list. The online marketing and sales company ranked first among large businesses in the Charlotte area with 200+ employees.
The Business Journal ranked companies in three categories – small, medium and large. The rankings - released November 4 - were based on detailed surveys taken by thousands of employees across all companies. The anonymous results were analyzed by Quantum Market Research, an independent human resources survey company. Finalists were chosen based on employee responses about their company’s benefits, practices and culture.
Red Ventures has been voted one of the Best Places to Work by the Charlotte Business Journal for three consecutive years. This is the first time the company has taken the top spot. Red Ventures acquires new customers for major brands in satellite TV, home security, high-speed Internet and other industries. In the past 12 months, they have more than doubled in size. Due to the rapid growth, Red Ventures recently broke ground on a 90,000 sq. foot office space, equipped with a full-sized basketball court, gym, running track and other state-of-the-art amenities.
“This award is a testimony to the fact that the talent we’re attracting and the culture we’re building is our true competitive advantage,” said CEO Ric Elias. “ Our aspiration is to not only be at the top of this list for years to come, but to be at the top of national best places to work lists, as well.”
Red Ventures anticipates tremendous growth in 2010 and is seeking top talent to fill positions in nearly every area of the business. Visit http://www.redventures.com/careers to see all Red Ventures job openings and to learn more about why it was voted Charlotte's Best Place to Work.
