Henderson, Nev. (PRWEB) April 28, 2010
Beyond Commerce, Inc (http://www.beyondcommerce.com) (OTC BB: BYOC.OB) today announced it will develop a series of proprietary brands for KaChing KaChing, Inc (http://www.kachingkaching.com), formerly Duke Mining Company, Inc. (OTC BB: DKMZ.OB). Newly formed KaChing KaChing, Inc. is a progressive and uniquely positioned e-commerce company offering online consumers the most recognized brand name merchandise at extremely attractive everyday low prices.
Beyond Commerce, Inc has entered into an agreement with KaChing KaChing, Inc. to develop a series of proprietary brands in skincare, body care, vitamins, dietary supplements and weight management. By developing proprietary brands, KaChing KaChing will be strategically positioned to maximize profits and minimize competition. These new product categories and price points will differentiate KaChing KaChing from competitors, allowing direct marketers to achieve higher compensation for product sales.
This unique business model and marketing approach will accelerate the growth of revenues and earnings for both companies.
The proprietary line of products will include the highest quality ingredients and latest technologies at affordable prices for KaChing KaChing customers. In 2008, Skin Care market revenues reached $6.9 billion and Weight Loss and Wellness products sold $12.2 billion in the U.S. market alone.
The versatile KaChing KaChing program allows sales representatives to sell proprietary brands in their own online stores, or as wholesale business owners buying in bulk for resale on the Internet or through kiosks that they establish in high-traffic malls.
Operational technologies and a proven retail platform were licensed to KaChing KaChing by Beyond Commerce. Beyond Commerce is also a significant equity owner of 10,605,100 shares of KaChing KaChing.
“Beyond Commerce has repositioned itself into a technology e-commerce platform,” states Beyond Commerce CEO Robert McNulty, “and it will continue to build and provide other high-traffic websites additional revenue opportunities by offering them proven e-commerce solutions.”
“Additionally, we are looking at other potential opportunities thru the acquisition of media companies in the ad networking, online advertising and local advertising market place,” McNulty adds. “We believe this market segment is very fragmented and has tremendous growth opportunity for a roll up strategy as well.”
