SQL Data Views provides access to assets, work orders, and more for custom CMMS reporting - using the reporting tool of your choice.

SQL Data Views showcases our company direction to provide a comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management suite for both mid-sized and large organizations.

Smartware Group, Inc., producer of Bigfoot Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, has released SQL Data Views, an add-on solution to its maintenance software that gives authorized business analysts and database administrators access to views of raw maintenance data within Bigfoot CMMS for the creation of unlimited, custom reports. SQL Data Views is offered in addition to the numerous pre-defined reports already natively available within Bigfoot CMMS/EAM.

“As Bigfoot CMMS continues to be used by larger and larger organizations, we wanted to ensure that our customers are able to find the reporting options they need to accelerate their maintenance operations,” said Paul Lachance, president and CTO of Smartware Group. “SQL Data Views showcases our company direction to provide a comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management suite for both mid-sized and large organizations.”

SQL Data Views provides a Microsoft SQL Server® “view” of work orders, parts, assets and equipment, purchase orders and overhead data. This solution allows organizations to incorporate these data views into any reporting tool for unlimited custom reporting of maintenance data. Examples of such reports can include personalized dashboards of work orders by site, vendor repair costs by asset, and human capital labor hours.

Through SQL Data Views, facility directors and operations managers who want to analyze maintenance department costs can now request summary reports to plan capital budgets, review vendor repair contract costs, replacement parts, and frequent fliers. Users of the hosted Bigfoot CMMS application can also use SQL Data Views to archive data on their own servers.

SQL Data Views is the latest addition to the suite of Bigfoot CMMS solutions, which includes Bigfoot Web Services Tool Kit (WSTK), Bigfoot Active Directory, Bigfoot Part Express, and Bigfoot OPC Interface.
