Explore Talent promotes a new update with an interview with Henry Cavill, star of "The Man of Steel."

While the whole update can be found on Explore Talent's news section, here are some excerpts:

Just because one is 6-foot-1, gorgeous, and a famous actor, does not mean he has not had his fair share of bullying. And Henry Cavill can attest to that. In the upcoming June/ July issue of Details magazine, Cavill opens up about being bullied as a child living in England.

The Man of Steel actor recalls being in boarding school. "I bawled on the phone to my mom four times a day. I became an easy target," he says. "I was fat. I was Fat Cavill."

The 30-year old actor recounts meeting famous actor, Russell Crowe, who plays his father in the upcoming Superman film. "He was on campus filming Proof of Life," Cavill states. "Everyone was standing in a semicircle, and I thought, 'We look ridiculous, staring like he's some kind of prize pony.' So I walked up and said, 'Hi, my name is Henry. I'm thinking of becoming an actor. What's the acting world like?' He said something like, 'Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's not so great. It's fun acting. And they pay well.'"

Some time after, Crowe actually sent a package with "snacks, a rugby jersey, and a CD of the actor's band." Crowe even wrote a personal note to his fan, which said, "'Dear Henry, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.'"
