BillShrink.com, the personalized search engine that compares millions of product options against users’ unique needs, announces the appointment of Casey Newton as Vice President, Business Development and Sales. In his new role, Newton will be responsible for strategic partnerships and sales.

Prior to joining BillShrink, Newton served as a regional VP of Business Development for Webloyalty, where he was responsible for all business development revenue and customer relationships in the Western US. Previously, at LookSmart, Newton led a new business unit focusing on all aspects of building and delivering a white-label advertising platform to online publishers. He also led channel sales in the education and non-profit verticals at Macromedia (Adobe), and was in charge of partner revenue targets and new product launches. Newton began his career at Telstra and helped launch Reach Global Services, a JV with Hong Kong Telecom (PCCW), and later a new business unit at MCI. Newton holds a Masters in business from St. Mary’s College in California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in international management from California State University in Sonoma.
