Blinds Chalet announces a window treatment knowledge base outlining the basic issues related to window coverings and the various advantages and disadvantages of various products. We wanted to begin publishing online answers to some of the frequently asked questions we receive from our blinds customers so that they would have a resource after hours.

Blinds Chalet has long been aware that a large portion of their business to consumer contact originates from customers seeking answers to basic questions about window treatment options, design and/or safety tips. In an attempt to inform and educate their current customers and potential future customers, Blinds Chalet has put together a detailed knowledge base accessible through their website
