BlogHer, Inc. announced today that Debbie Wogan, who originally joined the company in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Digital Sales, has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer.
Reporting to Co-Founder and CEO Lisa Stone, Debbie will lead revenue strategy across all of BlogHer’s Digital and Event Sales business units, identifying and executing opportunities for new revenue generation, innovation, and partnerships. As Chief Revenue Officer, Wogan will empower the company’s sales team to focus on offering clients total access to BlogHer’s vibrant community of 92 million women via digital, mobile, social media, video, and industry-leading conferences. Debbie will continue to serve as a trusted advisor to and member of the senior management team while playing a key role in directing the company toward opportunities that yield positive financial results.

Prior to joining BlogHer in 2008, Debbie was the National Vice President of Sales at NBC’s iVillage where she led the national advertising division. Debbie worked closely with iVillage’s programming, marketing and other NBC properties to create a unique value proposition in a competitive marketplace. Before joining iVillage in 1997, Debbie ran various entrepreneurial ventures focusing on web development for small and mid-size companies.
