BLR® – Business & Legal Resources, the leading provider of employment, safety, and environmental compliance solutions, announces the launch of "The Instant Trainer," a new series of five complimentary 1-hour webinars. The latest training resource from BLR, The Instant Trainer webinar series was developed by lawyers and training experts to help supervisors and managers jump-start or bring new life to their employee training program, and it will kick off on February 25, 2010, at 2 p.m. with its first session called “Train the Trainer.”

Presented by training expert Peggy Cretella, a project manager and editor at BLR, and employment law veteran Patricia M. Trainor, J.D., a legal editor at BLR, each webinar will educate trainers on the role they play in shaping their organization and will focus on the best practices for developing, managing, and measuring the effectiveness of their training program.
