There is a meaning behind all of Nancy’s work. It is that connection with her paintings that make her work so significant to others," Stirnkorb said.

Two programs by the film crew of Make Your Life Healthy were selected as finalists in this years Blue Chip Award competition. Nancy Noel’s Inspiring Art was selected as the winner in the Inspirational category. A special program about Trader’s Point Creamery was also selected as a finalist in the Cultural Awareness category, but it did not win a top award.
When the Nancy Noel’s Inspiring Art program was filmed last summer, just listening to this world-famous artist and her staff, the crew of Make Your Life Healthy got a sense of what she meant by “inspired art.” The stories that go along with her work tell about relationships, death, joy and hope. "There is a meaning behind all of Nancy’s work. It is that connection with her paintings that make her work so significant to others," Stirnkorb said. It exemplifies the “spirit” part of what Make Your Life Healthy brings to their viewers.
Write Words Media produces Make Your Life Healthy with Patricia Stirnkorb which airs weekly on the Waycross Community Media’s Public Programming through the Time Warner Cable Company. Additionally, the program is syndicated in 13 cities around the country by Telos Digital Television Network. The program features everything that has had to do with a healthy Mind, Body and Spirit, the thrust of the Telos Network. Many of the Make Your Life Healthy programs are centered on diet, exercise, nutrition, alternative and holistic health and getting back to a natural diet and life style.
“Since we began filming this program,” said producer and host Patricia Stirnkorb, “My husband and I have completely changed the way we look at things and the way we approach nutrition and our own health. I am amazed that we have lived as long as we have, eating the way we did!” After learning about the additives, stripped-down versions of products, and chemicals used to produce food, two years ago the Stirnkorb's purchased a herd share from a local farmer and drink only raw milk. They eat only free-range chicken eggs and travel more than 60 miles to get their meat, which is from local farmers raised without additives or hormones, and no pink slime!
“This stuff is scary when you see what it does to our bodies over the length of our lives!” Patricia said. They filter their water, eat very little processed foods, and exercise regularly. They began growing their own vegetables last year and have expanded their garden for this growing season.
The importance of Make Your Life Healthy is that it lets the viewers know that everyone does have an option of how and what they eat. It doesn’t take additional money to make the right choices, just the right information. They try to bring that information to the public with their programs.
Make Your Life Healthy has a web site which tells where the program airs nationally, and it can also be found on the Waycross Community Media website http://www.waycross.tv under Community Programs. Telos Digital TV has viewing information on their web site as well.
