BlueStripe Software today released the FactFinder Management Pack for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, extending the company’s next generation application management solution. The new management pack allows IT administrators to extend management tasks within System Center Operations Manager to include application system and transaction performance problems as a natural part of IT problem solving. The FactFinder extension marks the first integration between Microsoft’s System Center Operations Manager and BlueStripe’s award-winning APM solution.

The new management pack provides a two-way communication channel between FactFinder and System Center Operations Manager. Additionally, the new management pack enables seamless problem triage, allowing System Center Operations Manager users to click on problem servers and platforms and immediately see those components in context of live application systems as well as how those application systems are using those components.
