Mike Whitfield Launches New Bodyweight Exercise Program with Unique Bodyweight Exercises

With crowded gyms and more people wanting to work out at home, bodyweight workout routines have grown in popularity. Mike Whitfield, a trainer in Atlanta, GA just launched a brand new 4-week bodyweight exercise training program using the same methods he uses with his clients and online community called “Bodyweight Torch.”

“This bodyweight exercise routine uses all the approaches I’ve used with my clients as well as myself to get in shape and lose weight using bodyweight exercises.
