Project Fitness, Washington, DC’s premier personal training group is launching a series of new fitness events to motivate athletes during the transition to fall. Starting Saturday, September 29, 2012 fitness enthusiasts can join Project Fitness for four weeks of innovative boot camps in the NoMa neighborhood of DC. Designed to challenge athletes of all fitness levels, these boot camps will inspire and engage each athlete.
Why choose boot camp with Project Fitness? Designed to push athletes to the limits, these great workouts consist of four challenging weeks resulting in a stronger, healthier fitness fanatic! Traditional boot camp techniques as well as specialized exercises are combined to make participants sweat, burn calories and sculpt bodies into an all new look. Boot camp will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 7 pm and Saturday’s at 9 am.
In addition to four weeks of boot camp, participants are invited to join Project Fitness for their new Boot Camp and Brunch series.
