Three Prominent Business Leaders Named to ReSource Pro's Board of Advisors

ReSource Pro, the leader in insurance business process outsourcing, announced the appointments of Jagdish R. Dalal, F. Warren McFarlan, and Nader J. Samii to its newly-formed Board of Advisors. Dalal, McFarlan, and Samii will be joining board members Jeremy Hitzig, CEO of Distinguished Programs, Scott Potash, Principal at Potash Ventures and ReSource Pro Chairman David Watkins, CEO Dan Epstein and Managing Director Matthew Bruno.

Jagdish R. Dalal, COP (Certified Outsourcing Professional), is acknowledged as one of the leading thought leaders in the outsourcing industry. Founder of JDalal Associates, LLC, Dalal has conducted outsourcing conferences throughout the world and advises a wide array of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small start-ups. Jag has held senior leadership positions in such firms as Carrier Corporation (div. of United Technologies), PricewaterhouseCoopers, Xerox, Unisys, Data General, Brookhaven National Laboratory, and Teledyne.

F. Warren McFarlan, Harvard Business School's Albert H. Gordon Professor of Business Administration Emeritus, has been published extensively and is the co-author of Chines General Management - Text and cases (2009, available only in Chinese). His newest book, Corporate Information Strategy and Management: Text and Cases, was released in 2006.

Currently serving as a Director of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Li and Fung Ltd., Warren brings a wealth of international business and information technology experience with an emphasis in Asian Pacific operations.

Nader J. Samii is the Chief Executive Officer of National Medical Billing Services (NMBS), which is the premier healthcare revenue cycle outsourcing company focused strictly on the ambulatory surgery center market. Prior to NMBS, Nader was the co-founder and President of Ajuba International, a leading healthcare revenue cycle outsourcing company that started in 2001 and grew to approximately 2,000 employees by 2009. A pioneer in the offshore revenue cycle industry, Ajuba has received extensive honors as the premier business process outsourcing company in the healthcare provider market. Prior to Ajuba, Nader was an investment banker at both Merrill Lynch and Dillon Read & Co. (now UBS Securities) and also served as a corporate finance attorney in the 400-member law firm of Dykema Gossett.

Aside from the Board of Advisors, ReSource Pro also maintains the Innovation Advisory Council for direct input from their base of clients.
