Stainless Steel Brakes Corporation has added to its line of performance brake systems by offering new Tri-Power Quick Change Ford F-250 and F-350 Rear Upgrade Kits.
The kit features Tri-Power 3-piston aluminum calipers, high performance brake pads and all the necessary hardware. Customers can upgrade the factory 2-piston calipers on their 2005-2012 Ford F250 and F350 trucks with SSBC Quick Change calipers. The kit offers 41 or 45 mm stainless steel pistons. The calipers are constructed from 6061 TG billet aluminum and can be assembled with stainless steel pistons.
The Tri-Power caliper bolts to stock cradle brackets and uses the same FMSI pad number as the factory caliper. Combine the Tri-Power Rear Upgrade Kit with an SSBC front caliper upgrade kit for a complete four-wheel brake system upgrade.
The installation of a new Tri-Power Rear Upgrade Kit can help reduce stopping distance and improve heat dissipation. The kit also includes internal dust seals and works with stock wheels.
The Tri-Power Quick Change calipers are constructed from aluminum and have a clear anodize standard finish. The optimal finishes are polished, red or black powder coat.
The price for the SSBC Performance Brake Systems Tri-Power Quick Change Rear Upgrade Kits is $949.

About the company:
Stainless Steel Brakes Corporation first pioneered the stainless steel sleeved caliper for classic Corvette and Mustangs back in 1975. SSBC Performance Brake System is the industry standard for high quality brake systems and components, offering a complete line of disc brake conversions and performance brake upgrades for classic muscle cars, late model performance vehicles, street rods and customs, trucks/SUVs and sport compacts.
Starting out as a small business in Clarence, N.Y. (near Buffalo), SSBC broke through the challenges many small companies face, and is now thriving in its second generation of family ownership. The past few years have seen the purchase and expansion into an adjacent building, and the construction of a new Research & Development wing. In all, over 15,000 square feet was added.
