BRAVO! Cucina Italiana and BRIO Tuscan Grille, both concepts of BRAVOIBRIO Restaurant Group (BBRG), provided meals for on-duty civil service people at local fire stations and police stations on Monday September 6, 2010, in honor of Labor Day.
BRAVO! Cucina Italiana furnished a three course meal via large pans To-Go to local service stations, which commenced with the BRAVO! Chopped Salad, a medley of chopped greens, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, olives and Feta tossed in a traditional Italian dressing, and a main course of Pasta BRAVO!, with grilled chicken and mushrooms in a red pepper cream sauce. A rich and creamy Tiramisu rounded out the meal for dessert.
BRIO Tuscan Grille made local deliveries to stations with large pans of the BRIO Chopped Salad, tossed with diced tomatoes, olives, onions, cucumbers, Feta and red wine vinaigrette, Pasta BRIO, with chicken, seared mushrooms and spinach in a red pepper cream sauce and Tiramisu for dessert.
