According to NDP Group, an industry leader in consumer trends, tracking, and statistics, one in four adults in the US spend an average of $700 on accommodations for holiday travel, and thanks to The Bear Cabin, finding a spacious, luxurious, and comfortable place to stay is now easier than ever before.
“We’ve expanded our sleeping capacity to 15 people in bedrooms,” said Paul Guilbault, owner of The Bear Cabin, which provides a luxurious Mountain log cabin vacation rental in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Guilbault explained that the expansion brings a new element to The Bear Cabin.
“Last year The Bear Cabin could sleep 12 in bedrooms, now due to a reconfiguration of what used to be a private bedroom/office, it sleeps 15 in bedrooms,” Guilbault pointed out, before adding, “In addition, a 150 square-foot log structure for a future outdoor sauna was built using the pine trees that had to be cut down from the property in order to build The Bear Cabin.”
Other amenities include: Five bedrooms, an entertainment room (Foosball table, board games), four bathrooms, washer dryer, ironing board and iron, wet bar, hot tub for six people, jacuzzi in the master suite bathroom, radiant floor heating throughout the cabin, a cast iron gas stove in the Bear Master Suite and in the entertainment room, and a cast iron wood stove in the main living area.
Prices range from $305 to $985 per night throughout the year. To check for rental availability click here:
Guilbault went on to note that the entire structure was designed to fit perfectly together and that the cabin sleeps a maximum of 21 people, but 15 comfortably in bedrooms.
As to the log cabin’s ratings, Cheryl and Dave of Centennial, Co., who visited Bear Cabin in April 2011, described it as one of the best places that their family has ever stayed.
“Your beautiful Bear Cabin is a wonderful place to come for a family get together,” Dave said. “Everything was available to us and made us feel right at home.”
A second customer identified as Josh of Denver, said his stay was a blast.
“We had the absolute most wonderful stay here,” he said. “We couldn’t stop taking pictures, it was beautiful, quiet and everything went above what we had expected. We’ll never forget our stay here and will always look forward to vacationing in such an amazing place in the future.”
An additional perk or reason to consider staying at The Bear Cabin, Guilbault said, “The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood within five minutes from Main Street, as well as the main lodge at Breckenridge Ski Resort, and walking distance to the Tenmile Peak hiking trails and the Nordic Cross Country trailheads. Other major ski resorts such as Keystone and Copper to name a few are between 15 minutes and 35 minutes away.”
