Her professionalism and business acumen have successfully demonstrated that she is an essential asset to BridgeStreet.

Ms. Hickernell joined BridgeStreet in 1992 as General Manager of the Columbus market. Over the past decade, she served as Regional Operations Manager and Director of Training and Development before becoming Vice President, Human Resources for the Americas region in 2007. She holds several certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP).
