The sumptuous brunch menu at this Bridgewater restaurant will feature a waffle bar with toppings including caramelized bananas and apples, beer and maple syrups; omelets made to order; a carving station with bourbon glazed ham and Churrasco rib eye; a pasta station; a large selection of hot and cold entrées; and huge dessert display. Along with champagne, there will also be a mimosa and Bloody Mary station (opens at 12 noon).
