Bristol Station, Matzel Development's rental community in Carteret, NJ, received the Community of the Year award at this year's Sales & Marketing (SAM) Award Gala, presented by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA).

In addition to the Community of the Year honor, Bristol Station garnered 6 supplementary honors for Best Logo, Best Brochure, Best Sales Office, Best Landscaping Design, Best Signage, Best Home and Best Marketing Strategy.
