High School Cube to Provide Mobile Broadcast Kit to Every High School in America.

Now every team at every school can broadcast their games, concerts, or other events - LIVE.

High School Cube, a social streaming platform that helps high schools broadcast events live, announced today that HSC will provide a free Mobile Broadcast Kit to every high school in America. The Live Broadcast Kit along with their recently released HSC Live app turns an iPhone or iPad into a fully functional live broadcast studio.

“It’s our goal to make it simple and affordable for schools to showcase their high school students LIVE,” said Larry Cotter, Chief Executive Officer of High School Cube. “What once took a team of three or more people and up to a $30,000 investment in video equipment can now be done by one person for free with the HSC Live app and Broadcast Kit.”

Between now and May 31st, 2013 - school officials, coaches or teachers who download the app and broadcast an event will receive an HSC Live Broadcast Kit that includes a tripod, mount, zoom lens and microphone – all for free.

“It’s really amazing when you step back and think about it. The old reality was that schools could only support maybe one broadcast set-up at one event at a time due to the financial and personnel burden. But now with HSC Live and this broadcast kit, that’s all changed,” said Kevin Doyle, President of High School Cube. “Now every team at every school can broadcast their games, concerts, or other events - LIVE.”

High School Cube launched HSC Live in January 2013, which provides an all-in-one video production studio for high schools across the nation. The addition of the live broadcasting kit provides the necessary broadcasting support for high schools to produce an even more professional stream by elevating the production quality of each schools stream including image stabilization and visual and sound clarity.
