Each call can be tracked through sophisticated metrics such as originating party, to/from number, date/time of the call, duration of the call, annotations for noting specific parts of calls such as contract agreements. The system also allows users to upload recorded calls to CRM systems such as Sugar or Salesforce.com, email a recorded call, leave comments associated with each call, and categorize.
