Real Estate Investment Group to Feature National Speaker Bruce Norris

National speaker Bruce Norris of The Norris Group will present “California Real Estate Market is Poised to Pop” at the upcoming meeting of the Orange County Investment Club FIBI (For Investors By Investors). The local network of like-minded real estate investors and entrepreneurs meets monthly to learn and exchange ideas. Their much-anticipated event will be held this Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Hilton Irvine-Orange County Airport Hotel in Irvine, CA.

Bruce Norris is a well-known speaker and host of a radio show that focuses on real estate issues and trends. His show has featured interviews with world-renowned economists, government leaders, and experts in the real estate industry. Mr. Norris is known for his expertise on long-term market timing trends. He was the author of The California Comeback Report in 1997 and The California Crash in 2006, both which provided in-depth and accurate analyses into market trends within the state. He is also an active investor and real estate educator.

“California Real Estate Market is Poised to Pop” will focus on the present trends and coming changes, as well as the strategies needed to thrive within the market. The presentation will include the following topics: the importance of inventory, buyer demand, the effects of Wall Street’s participation, the effects of low interest rates, and available and potential opportunities.
