Brulant's work with Borders began several months ago, and the company is Borders' online technology partner for Borders.com, including all web and application development work enabled through IBM's WebSphere Commerce platform. For the recent launch, Brulant developed functionality in areas including enabling the shopping cart, promotions, account maintenance, access to the Borders Rewards Loyalty Program, SKU management, as well as support of merchandising and marketing efforts.
