Groove, a Baltimore-based creative marketing, web design and development agency, today announced that Ray Bularz has been named Creative Director.
As Creative Director, Bularz will continue to expand the agency’s brand strategy and development services. He will also play a role in helping clients to diversify their go-to-market strategy, both online and offline.

Bularz founded Oomph Marketing in 2009. Oomph became known for its distinct formula for reenergizing established brands and introducing new brands to the market. The agency was acquired by Groove in May 2014. Bularz joined Groove as Director of Brand Strategy with the acquisition.
