Bullhorn is honored to be recognized by Software Magazine among so many other thriving global businesses

Bullhorn®, the global leader in on demand staffing and recruiting agency software, today announced its inclusion among Software Magazine’s Software 500 for the third consecutive year. This prestigious ranking, based on revenue, encompasses the world’s largest software and service provider companies.

“Bullhorn is honored to be recognized by Software Magazine among so many other thriving global businesses,” said Art Papas, founder and CEO of Bullhorn. “Our rapid expansion and consistent revenue growth are a result of our team’s hard work and total focus on solving the evolving technology needs of staffing and recruiting firms. This is a very exciting time in Bullhorn’s growth, with significant investment in staff and infrastructure and the development of innovative products and services to support our global expansion.”

Bullhorn continues to experience surging growth, increasing its revenue by over 150% during the past three years. To support Bullhorn’s global expansion, which now includes service to more than 19,000 users in 35 countries, the company has significantly increased its employee headcount and deepened its reach in international locations, including offices in the UK and Australia. Bullhorn achieved EU Safe Harbour and SAS 70 Type II certifications, further ensuring data security for its thousands of domestic and international clients.

In addition to the Software 500 award, Bullhorn’s growth received similar recognition with prominent rankings among Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 Companies, Always On’s OnDemand 100 and Deloitte LLP’s Technology Fast 500™ lists.

“The 2010 Software 500 results show that revenue growth in the software and services industry was healthy, with total Software 500 revenue of $491.7 billion worldwide for 2009, representing virtually flat growth from the previous year,” says John P. Desmond, editor of Software Magazine and Softwaremag.com.

The ranking is based on total worldwide software and services revenue for 2009. This includes revenues from software licenses, maintenance and support, training and software-related services and consulting. Suppliers are not ranked on their total corporate revenue, since many have other lines of business, such as hardware. The financial information was gathered by a survey prepared by King Content Co. and posted at Softwaremag.com, as well as from public documents.
