Brian G. McConaty, a shareholder in the Denver-based firm, Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, has been named President of the American Board of Trial Advocates’ Colorado Chapter.

McConaty’s practice emphasizes medical malpractice defense, health law and civil and commercial litigation. He was Colorado’s first diplomate in the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict.

Additionally, he is a Master Barrister with Doyle’s American Inn of Court and has been on faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine since 1988. He lectures locally, nationally and internationally on medical-legal topics. He was recently inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers and is listed as one of the top 50 lawyers in the 2011 Colorado Super Lawyers® list.
