The Principal Financial Group® will feature Erin Condren, founder of Erin Condren Design, as guest presenter for its complimentary teleclass, “Why it's so hard to find good employees - and just as hard to keep them.”

The teleclass is scheduled for June 24, and is dedicated to helping women in business attract, hire and retain the best employees.

Meet the Speaker

Based out of Hermosa Beach, Calif., Condren and her fashionable products, including note cards, stationary and address labels, have been featured in a variety of national magazines and appeared on such well-known television programs as, "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and "Rachel Ray Show."

A graduate of UCLA, Condren began her career in the apparel business, designing and manufacturing for major U.S. brands. After having twins, Condren made a career change to be a stay-at-home mom. From her home, she developed Erin Condren Design, which has developed into a storefront and world-wide internet retail business.
