Rapid Insight Sees Growing Demand for Business Intelligence Software as Customers Gather at Annual User Conference

Users of Rapid Insight® products meet to share best practices in business intelligence and predictive analytics.

“After returning from the user conference, we’re finding ourselves using our Rapid Insight software to solve analytic problems that we hadn’t even thought of prior to the event,” said Amy Boczer, Research Analyst at Fairfield University.

Building upon the success of last year’s inaugural gathering of Rapid Insight customers, users of the company’s predictive analytics and business intelligence technology recently converged on the picturesque setting of New Hampshire’s Mt. Washington Valley for the Second Annual Rapid Insight User Conference.

Conference attendees traveled from all areas of the United States, stretching from New England to the Midwest and as far away as Oregon, representing the growing geographic reach of Rapid Insight software solutions. The conference was hosted at the Conway campus of Granite State College, situated in the recently-opened Technology Village. The location offered participants the opportunity to attend sessions while enjoying a relaxed setting amid the beautiful backdrop of the White Mountains.

Customers attended interactive sessions that provided them with opportunities to share industry best practices and learn how fellow users are optimizing their use of business intelligence and predictive analytics. Nearly all of the sessions were led by customers, allowing attendees to hear directly from their peers and see real world case studies. Some of the topics covered in these customer-led sessions included solving data challenges for behavioral health care, predictive modeling in higher education, and ad hoc reporting from disparate data.

“After returning from the user conference, we’re finding ourselves using our Rapid Insight software to solve analytic problems that we hadn’t even thought of prior to the event,” said Amy Boczer, Research Analyst at Fairfield University. “This is our second year attending and we’ve found the conference to be a great opportunity to share ideas, brainstorm, and to learn from our peers.”

Attendees were also given a sneak peek at upcoming developments in the software and had the chance to provide their input into the future direction of Rapid Insight products.
