We Get You There

The Bussani Mobility Team may have won over some disabled motorists with the theme “Get You There”, but its 24-hour emergency assistance program is one block closer to home. The company is offering 24-hour emergency roadside service for all of its buyers, renters and leasers. Bussani’s factory trained mobility technicians will drive out to meet a distressed caller and provide assistance with roadside problems or damaged wheelchair vans.

The company states that depending on towing fees and mechanical work, as well as other circumstances, the service could be affordable to low-cost or even free. The phone call is always free. Bussani states that it is offering anytime, anywhere service so that its customers will “never be alone.” The company offers towing and mechanical service for wheelchair lifts, hand controls, handicap vans and other wheelchair vehicles.

The Bussani Mobility Team is optimistic about its 24-7 service offering, having already enjoyed success with its auto body service, rental service, repair service, and funding options. The company sells some of the latest model vehicles, including late model Toyota Siennas, Chrysler Town and Country, Honda Odyssey and Dodge Grand Caravans, along with the latest in wheelchair lifts from Bruno.

Bussani has two dealership locations: one in Bethpage and one in Mamaroneck, New York. The former serves Brooklyn, Long Island, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island, while the latter serves Putnam, Rockland and Westchester. Bussani periodically has open house specials, which is a two-day networking event bringing together customers, interested motorists, auto professionals and numerous exhibits for wheelchair vans and wheelchair lifts.

Some of the exhibits at the 2010 show included free wheelchair tune-ups, food, valet parking, an accessible shuttle, an accessible motorcycle and VESID (Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities) counselors. Bussani Mobility is the hosting company of the event, though it welcomes participation from over 30 other organizations in the mobility and disabled care industries.

With its local events and 24-7 emergency service, Bussani is driving beyond the “get you there” philosophy and becoming a leader for the disabled community nationwide.
