Milko Binza Moussirou Joins Caesar Systems As Manager of Client Services for Shell E&P: Milko Binza Moussirou, a 15-year Veteran of Global Oil and Gas Industry, Has Supported Projects for Shell E&P for Many Years

Milko Binza Moussirou has joined Caesar Systems in the new role of manager of client services for Shell E&P. Milko Binza Moussirou is based in Rijswijk, The Netherlands.

    Milko has almost 15 years of oil and gas industry experience in several countries, having supported projects for Shell E&P during many of these years.

Shell E&P became a client of Caesar Systems in 2003. Caesar Systems introduced its anchor product, Petroleum Ventures & Risk (PetroVR) in 1997. Over the past 10 years, PetroVR has gained acceptance among many leading exploration and production companies as an effective business simulation and decision support tool.

"Milko's role is to equip Shell team members with the essential hands-on coaching and mentoring that are necessary to enable Shell to reap the full benefits that the Caesar Systems PetroVR software solution offers. His technical background, coupled with his knowledge of Shell E&P processes, will help assure Shell's successful implementation of the PetroVR solution globally. Milko can focus on Shell E&P needs and requirements and enhance our ability to deliver effectively," said Victor Koosh, chief executive officer of Caesar Systems.

In addition to Milko, Caesar Systems has attracted an experienced team of oil and gas exploration and production professionals to develop, market, implement and support the PetroVR Toolsuite for its clients throughout the world.

Prior to joining Caesar Systems, Milko was employed with Decision Strategies as a Sr. Consultant where he worked on various E&P projects primarily for Shell. He spent 12 years in various roles with Shell in locations worldwide involved in exploration activities, performing development planning, project coordination, and managing and implementing contracts and procurement processes.

Milko Binza Moussirou earned a master of science degree in Civil Engineering & Geomatics from Ecole Superieure des Geometres et Topographes (ESGT) Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers (CNAM) in Le Mans, France.

Milko is fluent in numerous languages including English, French and Czech. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He created and designed the web site, which earned him an international "RFI Net Africa" award in 2004. The award was sponsored by Radio France International and UNESCO.
